Curated Magazine Issue 11

Collaboration with Compass Luxury Division and Compass Design. This bi-annual publication brings together the top luxury listings across the country to reach an audience comprised of high net worth individuals and top brokers, about 100K+ globally.

I worked on ad designs and strategy with agents from across the country and collaborated on the magazine design direction.

San Diego Luxury Takeover

In partnership with Compass Luxury Division we hosted a workshop and panel discussion for San Diego agents. I helped with programming and spoke about our regional support and recent projects.

Brand strategy for North County Coastal agent based out of Encinitas and looking to grow her presence.

We’ve created custom assets like guidebooks, buyer guides and seller guides to create the initial connection with potential leads.

An ultra-luxury property on renowned Neptune Avenue in Leucadia. The strategy for this listing focused on creating a brand around the iconic location and visually connecting the listing to it’s coastal lifestyle.

Brand was collaboration with Compass Design.

New Development Pitch

Crafted custom pitch book for new development project for two top San Diego agents. Pitch included mockups and renderings of planned community and various case studies. I joined the agents for the client meeting to deliver our marketing proposal.

Custom Brand System

Collaboration with Compass Design. Creative directed an extensive brand overhaul for top San Diego agent. Project included color scheme, typography, and custom collateral build out. The goal was a timeless and luxury driven brand system.

Ultra Luxury Property Guide

Collaboration with Compass Marketing Advisors. This buyer guide was created for a celebrity client interested in a then $43M property in Coronado. We created a property booklet/property guide to deliver prior to an in-person walk through.
